Yoga Classes at Rockstar Fitness
Chrysalis Yoga and Rockstar Fitness have partnered to bring you yoga classes held at Rockstar Fitness located at 100 N. Church St., Middletown, MD. Classes are held on Tuesdays at 6pm, Wednesdays at 5pm, and Thursdays at 7am. Classes are FREE to gym members and a $10 drop-in rate for non-members. These classes are a slow flow yoga practice open to all levels. Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, an open heart and willing spirit.
Yoga in the Park
Chrysalis Yoga and Rockstar Fitness bring you Yoga in the Park this spring and summer. Yoga classes will be held at Middletown Park located at 7628 Coblentz Rd. in Middletown on Tuesdays at 6pm, May through August. Classes are down by the pond among the trees in front of Shelter #1. Each class is $10 and can be paid in cash, or through Venmo or PayPal at the time of the class. Classes are free to Rockstar Fitness gym members. These classes are a slow flow yoga practice open to all levels. Bring your own yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, an open heart, and a willing spirit. Yoga in the Park will occur on the following dates this spring and summer:

June 4, 11, and 25
July 2, 9, 16, and 23
August 13, 20, and 27
Yoga and Sip at Antietam Creek Vineyards
Join us for Yoga and Sip at Antietam Creek Vineyards in Sharpsburg! Yoga will start at 10:30am and will be a slow flow yoga session for all levels, followed by a glass of wine and charcuterie box, included with your ticket. Beginners welcome! Cost is $35 per ticket with a limit of 20 spots available. Must be 21+ to attend. Bring your own yoga mat, an open heart, and a willing spirit. Ticket links are below:

Join us for Yoga and Sip at Mazzaroth Vineyard and Winery in Middletown! Yoga will start at 10:00am and will be a slow flow yoga session for all levels, followed by a glass of wine included with your ticket. Beginners welcome! Yoga Vacations
Chrysalis Yoga has gone abroad! If you are looking for an all-inclusive getaway with daily yoga classes in a beautiful tropical setting while listening to the waves and inhaling the salt air, I will be the guest yoga teacher at the following all-inclusive resorts in summer of 2024:

Self-Care Sunday
Self-Care Sunday is held once a month during the non-summer months as an opportunity to focus on your self-care. Each workshop focuses on a specific topic related to self-care and includes a relaxing gentle yoga session, a self-care gift bag, and a healthy delicious lunch. Self-Care Sunday will be returning in September.
